Kind Human Bottles - Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Kind Human Solutions, we are so confident in our high performance, plastics free, stainless steel bottles that we provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against ALL materials, workmanship and manufacturer defects, during the normal lifetime of the product.

TO BE CLEAR, The warranty does NOT cover regular wear and tear such as dents, scratches, scrapes, or broken seals, etc, as a result of dropping the bottle or damage resulting from putting into a dishwasher.

Please review the care and cleaning of your Kind Human’s Bottle using the insert found in your original packaging. 

You must register your warranty (with proof of purchase) within 30 days

Our Lifetime Warranty DOES cover potential manufacturer defects such as manufacturing defects:

1. Bottles or Caps that were damaged during the shipping process
2. Replacement Seals or Caps (such as the seal falling out) 
3. Broken internal flask seal of double-wall insulation due to manufacturer defect

If you are sure that the bottle or lid has a manufacturer defect please follow the Warranty Claim Procedure below:

• We will do our best to replace your Kind Humans Bottle (or lid) with the original size and color, if it is no longer available we will replace it with a similar bottle at an equal or greater listed value.
